Our multi-disciplined and talented team of designers is here to understand your creative needs and fulfill them from concept creation to completion. They actively pursue different ideation channels from attending trade shows and exhibitions, seminars and courses, to retail sampling as well as focus groups and global product research. This allows them to consistently acquire the latest industry knowledge, trends and ideas and transform them into promotional products reflecting your brand values.

Our process consists of each enquiry flowing through our in-house design department at various steps of the project; mood boards and graphic images are developed at the onset to better illustrate the ideas. Through technical and material knowledge of our staff and outsourced manufacturing partners, we will work to develop the designs and innovative products by using the varied resources and tools at our disposal, including 3D modeling and CAD, professional photo studio, packaging design, prototyping, and concept presentations ending with the product that your brief asked for but you never knew existed.

Our designers collaborate closely with our account management teams to deliver a variety of solutions ranging from innovation to core products assuring successful campaigns for our clients. When combined with our strict "Fit for Use" criteria, each concept ultimately becomes a unique and practical product, ready to hit the production line while staying within your timeframe and budget.

Our in-house Quality Assurance Department ensures that all orders managed by Premium Plus are provided their own personalized QA plan Inspection criteria specifically designed to meet the client’s individual needs in addition to all statutory requirements.

We strictly adhere to a complete factory audit plan of all suppliers using a 3-tiered process – Vendor Self-Assessment, In-house Audit, and 3rd Party Audit.

Our in-house operations department monitors approval and production sampling, so we have complete overview at every stage of processing, from prototype to production.
